Furnace front exhaust and ring feeder dust remover

The closed mineral hot furnace gas temperature is high and of complicated composition, while the nature of the gas composition is rather special with fine dust particles, large surface area, light weight and a certain viscosity, which makes it difficult to be cleaned. The confined mineral hot furnace gas temperature is 600 ~ 800 ℃, under special furnace condition, the instantaneous temperature can be up to 1000 ℃.

Considering characteristics of the closed submerged arc furnace gas, dry furnace gas cleaning technology is adopted, through cooling the furnace gas with the cyclone, gravity settler bezel (patented technology) and air coolers before removing the dust with bag-type dust collector, furnace gas dust content can be 20mg/Nm³ after purification and the equipment operation is safe and reliable.
